What decides who shows up
Google says three things decide its local results: how relevant a business is to the search, how far it is from the person searching, and how prominent it is, meaning how well known and well reviewed. You cannot move your shop closer to every customer. The other two are work, and that work is what we do.
Relevance comes from Google clearly understanding what you do and where. Prominence comes from reviews, from other sites mentioning you, and from your details matching everywhere they appear.
What we do every month
- Your Google Business Profile. The right categories and services, hours that are correct, photos and posts on a schedule, questions answered, and a reply to every review.
- Your listings. The same business name, address and phone number on the directories Google and AI tools check. One wrong number on an old listing is enough to cost you.
- Your pages. A page for each service you want to sell and each town you want to win, written with real local detail, not one page with the town name swapped.
- Your reviews. A simple way for happy customers to leave one, so the count keeps climbing and the recent ones mention the job and the town.
- Your numbers. Each month we look at what people actually searched to find you in Search Console, and improve the pages that are close to page one.
How you will know it is working
You get a monthly report built from your own Google data: clicks from search, calls, form leads, and where you rank for the searches that bring in jobs. Not a tool's estimate and not a screenshot of a rank tracker. At day 90 we sit down with your starting numbers and the new ones side by side.
Business Profile and on-page fixes usually show up in Search Console within the first couple of months. Competitive searches take longer. We will tell you which is which before you start.
What we will not do
- Promise you the number one spot. Nobody controls Google, and anyone who guarantees a ranking is guessing or worse.
- Buy reviews, write fake ones, or ask customers to post the same sentence.
- Publish anything you have not seen. You approve every page and post first.
- Lock you into a long contract. Plans run month to month.
