Privacy policy

Last updated October 29, 2026.

This policy explains what Foundifi ("Foundifi", "we") collects through this website, why, and what we do with it. In short: we collect only what you type into our forms, we use it to follow up with you, and we never sell it.

What we collect

  • Contact and quote forms: your name, email, phone, the service you are interested in, and anything you write in the message.
  • The free AI visibility check: your email, the website address you enter, what you do and where your customers are, and the results of the check.
  • Basic server logs: like every website, our host records technical details such as IP address, browser type and pages visited. These are used to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

  • To reply to you and send you what you asked for, such as your fix list or a quote.
  • To follow up about our services. We do not add you to a newsletter, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
  • To limit how often the free check can be run, so it stays available for everyone.

The free AI visibility check

When you run the check, our server visits the public website address you enter, the same way a search engine would. To see who ChatGPT recommends, we send OpenAI the question a customer would ask, for example "Who are the best roofers in Pensacola?". We do not send OpenAI your email, name or phone number. AI answers change over time and can differ from one person to the next, so the result is a snapshot, not a guarantee.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the services that help us run this site and reply to you, such as our web host, our email delivery provider and OpenAI as described above, and only as needed to do that work. We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for as long as we need them to follow up with you and run our business, and delete them on request. Check results are stored temporarily so repeat checks are fast, and then removed.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, for example which pages people visit, which free checks they run and whether they contact us. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives your IP address and basic device information. It does not receive the email address, phone number or website you type into our forms. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will take care of it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
